Refund & Return Policy Subhlaxmi

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Subhlaxmi’s online website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subhlaxmi makes no representations or warranties regarding compliance with all local, state, or federal laws. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy prior to placing an order. Subhlaxmi reserves the right to interpret, modify, or enforce this policy at its sole discretion.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of grocery and food products, all sales are considered final unless they meet the specific refund eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Most grocery items are perishable and therefore cannot be returned once delivered or picked up.


2. DELIVERY ORDERS – REFUND ELIGIBILITY

For orders delivered to a customer’s address, Subhlaxmi may offer a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Items are damaged during transit
  • Incorrect items were delivered
  • Items are missing from the delivery
  • Items are spoiled or expired at the time of delivery

Delivery-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear photographs of the affected items and the original order number.

Subhlaxmi is not responsible for quality issues resulting from missed delivery windows, unattended deliveries, or improper storage after delivery.


3. PICKUP ORDERS – REFUND ELIGIBILITY

For pickup orders, customers are responsible for inspecting their items at the time of pickup.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • - Incorrect items were provided
  • - Items were visibly damaged or expired at the time of pickup.

Issues must be reported before leaving the pickup location or within 2 hours of pickup. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • - Perishable food items once delivered or picked up
  • - Opened, partially consumed, or altered products
  • - Items reported outside the applicable reporting window
  • - Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer
  • - Clearance items or products marked “Final Sale”

5. REFUND METHOD & PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary but typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

At Subhlaxmi’s discretion, store credit may be issued instead of a monetary refund.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before they enter the processing or preparation stage.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled. Same-day and scheduled delivery orders cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subhlaxmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products sold through its website. Subhlaxmi’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.


8.POLICY CHANGES

Subhlaxmi reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates maybe posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.
